1. Our Commitment to Quality
At C & J Auto Repair, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy, we want to know.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you feel a repair was not completed properly, please contact us within 30 days of service. We will inspect the work and make it right at no additional cost.
3. Warranty Coverage
All repairs come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise specified. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, wiper blades, etc.)
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Items not replaced by our shop
- Subsequent damage from unrelated issues
4. Parts Returns
Parts that have been installed cannot be returned. Unused parts may be returned within 14 days with original receipt for a full refund.

Please have your invoice or work order number ready. We typically respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
7. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a concern to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section.
